Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Maize Starch, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Baking Powder (Raising Agents (450, 500)), Emulsifier (481), Soy Flour, Enzymes, Colours (102, 110).

ContainsGluten from Wheat and Egg. May contain Soy.

Storage: Keep refrigerated (1 – 4ºC), use within 3 days of opening.

Cooking Directions: Wrap pastry around your preferred fillings to create wontons or dim sum. Deep Fry: Deep fry in medium to high heat for 5 – 10 minutes or until crisp and cooked through. Boiled: Place in rapid boiling water for 10 – 15 minutes or until cooked through. Steamed: Place in steamer and cook for 12 – 15 minutes until tender and cooked through. Recommended cooking times may vary due to temperature and size of fillings.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with your favourite soup or sauce.
